Carlisle Brass Band Concert

The Carlisle Brass Band will perform a free outdoor concert at The Rupp House History Center in Gettysburg. The band will share a repertoire of brass music including marches and patriotic selections.

The Carlisle Brass Band plays all-brass music in the British tradition of brass bands. The 30-member ensemble is based in Carlisle, Pa., and directed by Bernie Pitkin. The ensemble is part of the larger Carlisle Town Band organization, which has been making music continuously since 1900.
