Family Cooking Class: Mozzarella Spring Onion Rolls

Join us to learn how to make delicious Mozzarella Green Onion Rolls from scratch! You will learn how to work with yeast to make these flavorful rolls using early-season veggie–spring onions!  This recipe is a good starting point to learn how to customize your rolls at home with other seasonal flavors.

COVID Details: To maintain a safe environment, we have changed how we structure our Family Cooking Classes. All ingredients and supplies are at separate tables for each family/ group. And to keep our prices affordable for everyone who wants to learn, we are now charging per table instead of per person. Your registration for the class will reserve 1 table that can seat up to 5 people, so come by yourself or bring your family or friends! This program is limited to 4 groups, so make sure you register early to save your spot. If you or your child is showing any signs of illness, please do not attend our class. Each family/ group will work separately so there will be no sharing of ingredients or equipment. Your station will be 6’ away from the other families/ groups. With Adams County currently in the Green Phase, masks are required for anyone over 2 years old.
