Raspberry & Brie Phyllo Bites
– Crispy phyllo cups filled w/creamy Brie topped w/tart raspberry preserves

Asparagus Puff Pastry
– Puff Pastry layered w/smoked ham, Swiss Cheese & asparagus

Caprese Salad
– Fresh Mozzarella layered w/sliced tomatoes & basil. Drizzled w/Olive Oil & Balsamic glaze

Mains:

Chicken Cordon Bleu
– Panko encrusted chicken breast stuffed w/prosciutto & Swiss Cheese. Served w/garlic mashed potatoes & creamed spinach

Pasta Primavera
– Fettuccine & seasonal vegetables tossed in a garlic scampi sauce
