Sunderman Conservatory Symphony Orchestra Concert

The Sunderman Conservatory Symphony Orchestra will be “Celebrating a Century of Rhapsody in Blue” at the Majestic Theater on April 5th, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. In addition to Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, the ensemble will also be performing Copland’s Outdoor Overture, Bernstein’s Dances from West Side Story, and Still’s The Far West from The American Scene under the baton of Dr. Cesar Leal. Another highlight will be a special guest appearance from Dr. Jocelyn Swigger as the piano soloist for Rhapsody in Blue! Tickets are free for those under 18 and with a Gettysburg College ID, and $5 for everyone else. We hope to see you there!
