Thirsty Farmer’s Winter Beer Dinner consists of four courses each paired with a craft brewed beer. The bar opens at 5:30 for customers with a complementary charcuterie board. Dinner follows starting with the first course at 6:15.
First Course: Beer Cheese Soup made with shredded cheddar cheese and our red rock lager. Served in a pretzel bowl.
Second Course: Winter Salad made with mixed greens, pomegranate, red onion, and feta cheese crumbles. Served with a Dijon Vinaigrette.
Third Course: Seafood Alfredo made with a creamy parmesan alfredo sauce filled with lump crab meat and topped with sautéed shrimp.
Fourth Course: Apple Cider Bread Pudding: homeade bread pudding made with our own apple cider doughnuts and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream from Mr. G’s.
Live music for the duration of the dinner by Neil and Shannon.
