Gettysburg Breadfest 2026

The Adams County Farmers Market hosts the first-ever Gettysburg Breadfest on Saturday, September 26, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Gettysburg Rec Park on Long Lane.

Gettysburg Breadfest celebrates all things bread, cookies, baked goods and pastries. The event brings additional bread and pastry vendors to the Adams County Farmers Market while offering educational experiences and activities for kids.

The market also hosts its first Community Cookie Contest, giving community members a chance to enter a favorite cookie recipe for judging. Between the fresh-baked treats, special vendors, family activities and friendly cookie competition, Gettysburg Breadfest adds even more flavor to a Saturday morning at the farmers market.
