September 14, from 12 – 3p, Battlefield B&B hosts the Gettysburg Wedding Showcase, a delightful afternoon at the inn featuring some of our absolute favorite vendors, delicious samples, and wonderful specials…and door prizes!

Battlefield B&B’s wedding venues will be staged as if real weddings were happening, so that you can see first-hand what these awesome vendors do best.

Whether you are at the very beginning your wedding planning adventure, need to finalize one last vendor, or just want a chance to speak to some of your booked vendors while they are at the venue, the Gettysburg Wedding Showcase is the perfect place for you.

Dress up and bring your sweetie to take advantage of Shutter Every Moment and MG Photography’s complimentary portraits taken of you in front of staged photo areas featuring Battlefield B&B’s Decor Collection.

Want to get glammed up a bit first? Katie Engle MUA and Rock Paper Scissors salon will be on-site to talk wedding looks and hook brides up with a false lash or two. Gettysburg Day Spa will also be applying fabulous eye makeup looks and raffling off a free wedding makeup or hair trial.

Enjoy tasty bites from The Carriage House Catering and The Festive Board Catering, as well as scp, rumptious sweets from Main Street Sweets Cakes and Karen Rodkey Cakes.

Savor a sip from Just Bartending’s repertoire or Adams County Winery as you discuss pairings to highlight your menu and personality.

Admire Fiddlestix Florals and The Flower Shop’s beautiful arrangements and Battlefield B&B’s centerpieces as you discuss how to carry your colors and theme throughout the big day and create the perfect vibe.

Rock out to beats by Then We Danced and Ultimix DJs and then make sure to strike a pose at the photo booth!

Chat with the loving and kind A Wedding By Summers officiant team and officiant Lance Windish to brainstorm how they can help you make your ceremony memorable and personal.

Enjoy a carriage ride through the B&B’s nature preserve as you dream of making a fairytale entrance on one of the Victorian Carriage Company’s horse-drawn carriages!

Collaborate with local artisans Jenny Kirchner and Kati Witke to customize unique favors, mementos, and gifts.

And, of course, take a tour of Battlefield Bed & Breakfast’s magical ceremony and reception spaces and see some of our gorgeous guest rooms! Our staff will be thrilled to show you all over the property, answer your questions, and tell you the stories of our historic home on the Gettysburg battlefield.
