Let’s Cook Charcuterie Boards at Hollabaugh Bros

Back by popular demand, Penn State Extension brings “Let’s Cook Charcuterie Boards” to Hollabaugh Bros. Farm Market in Biglerville, Pennsylvania, on August 29 at 10 a.m. This hands-on, in-person workshop shows participants how to give the charcuterie board trend a healthy, creative twist while building a board that looks as good as it tastes.

Set in the scenic Adams County countryside, Hollabaugh Bros. Farm Market provides the perfect Biglerville backdrop for a food-focused class packed with practical ideas and fresh inspiration. Penn State Extension will share simple techniques for selecting ingredients, balancing flavors, arranging visually appealing boards, and creating crowd-pleasing spreads for parties, gatherings, and everyday entertaining.

The $30 registration fee includes the charcuterie board and all supplies needed for the workshop. Participants can expect a relaxed, interactive experience with plenty of opportunities to get creative while learning useful hosting and presentation tips.
