The Lodges at Gettysburg will be serving Hand Carved Beef Tenderloin with a Merlot demi-glace and house Horseradish Aoli, Chicken Roulade wrapped in Prosciutto and Swiss cheese finished with a champagne Asiago cream, Dilled Salmon – a Fresh Atlantic Salmon filet adorned with a Dill Hollandaise Sauce, Seafood Alfredo – a Fresh alfredo tossed with large shrimp, scallops and lump crabmeat. 

Also on the menu, Vegetarian Lasagna featuring multiple layers of goodness, Chesapeake Crab Dip with house made Tortillas, and many delicious sides, salads, and desserts.
