Adams County Library System celebrates National Library Week, April 19–25, 2026, recognizing the vital role libraries and library staff play in enriching lives and expanding access to knowledge.
This year’s theme, “Find Your Joy,” invites visitors to explore personal interests, discover new ideas, and connect with resources that inspire curiosity and creativity. Throughout the week, the library system will highlight the many ways libraries support learning, access, and engagement.
The celebration also includes National Library Workers Day on April 21, National Library Outreach Day on April 22, and Take Action for Libraries Day on April 23, each offering an opportunity to recognize the people and efforts that keep libraries strong.
