Preventing Terror Attack

John Ricca will discuss why there is an increasing probability of a terrorist organization gaining possession of a nuclear explosive device and the homeland security mission to prevent a terrorist nuclear attack.  It will include the possible techniques that terrorists could use to transport a nuclear weapon, types of intelligence, detection capabilities, the technical and operational approaches to intercept a weapon, and conclusions.
