Resonance & Remembrance: A Community Sound Meditation for Peace & Reflection

Soulshine By Shannon will host Resonance & Remembrance: A Community Sound Meditation for Peace & Reflection on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. at Gettysburg Rec Park in the open land space near the amphitheater. This free, donation-based event will take place in Adams County and is open to all.

Resonance & Remembrance is an outdoor sound meditation experience featuring quartz crystal singing bowls, guided breathwork, and intentional stillness. Participants are invited to relax, reflect, and reconnect in a peaceful natural setting. Following the meditation, guests may continue the morning with Rise Yoga Gettysburg’s weekly Yoga in the Park session at 9:30 a.m., held alongside the Adams County Farmers Market. Together, these collaborative offerings create a seamless community wellness experience that encourages connection, movement, and mindful presence for residents and visitors alike.
