Seminary Ridge Museum & Education Center: “Meet the Collectors”

Seminary Ridge Museum & Education Center hosts “Meet the Collectors” on Friday, May 22 from 5–7 p.m. at 111 Seminary Ridge in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Set on one of the most historically significant landscapes in Adams County, this special evening event offers rare access to artifacts and the stories behind them.

Guests can explore remarkable items from private collections, many not typically available for public viewing, while hearing directly from the collectors who have helped shape the museum’s exhibits. This up-close experience creates a unique connection to Gettysburg’s layered history and highlights the importance of preservation and personal stewardship, especially as the nation approaches its 250th anniversary.

Wine, hors d’oeuvres, and refreshments are included, adding to the relaxed and engaging atmosphere. Advance registration is required, and space is limited.
