Sourdough Folding and Shaping Class

Learn all about sourdough techniques with us! Sweet Thyme Breads & Treats will provide a demonstration, and participants will learn hands-on how to properly shape a boule loaf of sourdough bread, try 3 different folding techniques, and learn scoring styles and techniques. There will be several optional ingredients to fold into your loaf that you shape.

Participants will leave with a loaf to take home to bake, and a packet with instructions to follow.

Participants must be 12+ years of age.

Cost is $20 and pre-registration is required.
