Startup Gettysburg Kickoff – “Driving My Profits by Knowing My Numbers”

Startup Gettysburg helps newer business owners get through the first stages. Each month, Growth Team Strategies offers a seminar or workshop on a new topic to help owners  learn to build a core business plan, understand their numbers, and create a marketing strategy so the right customers know how and where to find them.

Previously, GTS successfully ran a similar program in Carroll County, Maryland called Start-Up Carroll, which contributed to the startup of 300+ new businesses. Start-Up Carroll was partnered with the Carroll County Department of Economic Development, Carroll Community College, and the Small Business Development Center Maryland. Now that Growth Team Strategies have made Gettysburg their home, they are looking forward to becoming the premier organization that helps Adams County businesses be better.

This program is offered in coordination with The Chamber of Gettysburg & Adams County. Business owners do not have to be a member of the Chamber to attend.
