Adams County Library presents The American Revolution: Voices and Visions on Thursday, July 23 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM and Friday, July 24 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at 140 Baltimore St in Gettysburg. This adult educational program features selected excerpts from Ken Burns’ The American Revolution, highlighting the art, music, and literature that shaped and reflected the Revolutionary Era.
Held in historic Gettysburg in Adams County, the program offers audiences a deeper look into the voices, ideas, and cultural expressions connected to America’s founding period. Through carefully selected film excerpts and historical interpretation, the presentation explores how storytelling, visual art, and music captured the spirit and struggles of the Revolution while shaping public memory of the era.
