*Canceled Event* Valentine’s Day at Children of Gettysburg 1863

Guests are invited to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special Victorian-era themed activity at the Children of Gettysburg 1863® Museum. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the traditions of 19th-century Valentines and create their own handmade Valentine card during their museum adventure.

Victorian Valentine cards were often decorated with lace, flowers, hearts, and cupids, making them both meaningful and beautifully detailed. With guidance from museum docents, guests can craft old-fashioned Valentines to share with family and friends.

Craft materials will be available while supplies last, and the activity is free with admission to the Children of Gettysburg 1863® Museum experience.
