Make your history here at Battlefield Bed and Breakfast Inn. We offer outdoor wedding ceremonies in our Wedding Garden and on our scenic lawns. Our on-site wedding receptions are held at either our Historic Barn Event Venue or indoor heated and air conditioned Solarium Event Venue. We offer on-site overnight accommodations for you and your guest’s convenience during your wedding. We offer 12 total guest rooms: 10 guest rooms in the farmhouse, one room in the Historic Barn, and Swan Cottage. The cottage is a private separate house with two Jacuzzi’s, two massage chairs, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. We have it all and would love to show you how our 30-acre property, Solarium, and Historic Barn venues will fit into your wedding vision.
The Wedding Garden
The Wedding Garden features a large white outdoor pergola surrounded by our lush gardens. A stone paved path connects the pergola to our dramatic wooden stairwell that descends from the deck surrounding the Solarium Event Venue. Our beautiful outdoor Wedding Garden seats 130 guests and is available May through Mid-October.
The Barn
Our 1820’s Civil War barn can seat 130 guests. The barn has two bathrooms and a luxury guest room/dressing room for the bridal party. Our package includes the chairs for your ceremony, the tables, and chairs for your reception, access to decorate the day before your wedding, a dedicated day-of coordinator, as well as a two-night stay in our barn guestroom. Our lawns and gardens are available for outdoor ceremonies. The barn is perfect for larger events between May and October.
The Solarium
Our newest venue can seat up to 80 guests. It features a fireplace with an antique 13-foot tall mantel and mirror, natural sunlight, and state-of-the-art lighting to create the perfect mood for any event. Multiple french doors allow your guests access to the wrap-around deck and dramatic stairway which descends into the wedding garden. The Solarium has two bathrooms and two luxury guest rooms/dressing rooms for the bridal party. The Solarium wedding package includes the chairs for your ceremony, the tables and chairs for your reception, a dedicated coordinator, and a two-night stay in the two Solarium guestrooms.
There are three buildings and 30 acres that can be used to create the wedding of your dreams. Our wedding parties can rent any or all of the buildings.
The Battlefield Bed and Breakfast venue is very flexible and loves to host unique events. We are child and pet-friendly. Even your dog can be part of your ceremony.
