Using locally sourced ingredients in our beer, brewed in tanks fabricated in the USA from USA stainless steel, the team at Fourscore is proud of our roots. Wade Leedy, co-owner of Tommy’s Pizza and now Fourscore Beer Co., has always had a passion for brewing beer. His grandfather started the popular Tommy’s Pizza, and now it’s his turn to make his mark in Gettysburg.
Fourscore Beer Co. focuses on innovation with an ever-vigilant eye on the past. We use the highest quality ingredients, sourcing them from all over the globe; even our backyard. Whether it’s local cherries used in a tart, oak fermented beer, exotic spices from around the world in a chewy imperial stout, or hops from the Pacific Northwest… we always find the perfect ingredient. We produce a wide variety of beers from IPAs to Pilsner-style beer to ales, and focus on having a beer for everyone on our 14 taps. Many beers will also be available to take to go in cans.
In addition to our standard lineup, we brew a selection of seasonal beers based on what’s available to us seasonally. Being able to use freshly picked Adams County fruit in its natural form allows us to harvest something that is very unique to Adams County. When it comes to things that we cannot get locally, we will always find the perfect, highest quality ingredients to match with the flavor profiles and experiences that we are trying to create. We have a serious focus on hops, using them to get flavors that burst in your mouth and aromas that jump out of the glass. But don’t worry, these beers are about balance and will shy away for the more bitter side of beers.
We also serve food to complement our draft lineup. Our craft kitchen serves a variety of small plates including Wings, Hop Hat Mac & Cheese and Catfish Tacos, as well as salads and sandwiches. Give the Bratwurst or Wagyu Dog a try.
Free parking is available across from Fourscore Beer Co. Monday-Friday after 4:30pm and any time on Saturday and Sunday.
