A must before your battlefield tour, visit the Gettysburg Diorama for a special 30-minute program. The three-day Battle can be confusing, the Diorama will make your driving tour of the Battlefield more understandable. See the entire battlefield in 3-D miniature as you hear the story of the three-day battle and how it progressed. Over 20,000 hand-painted miniatures bring the Battle of Gettysburg alive with a sound and light show describing the battle. Miniature vignettes surrounding the Diorama show close up detail of Generals’ headquarters and specific battles. In our museum you will view rare artifacts, the living face mask of Abraham Lincoln, a block from the World Trade Center and a collection of fine art. Learn and visualize the Battle as it is beautifully and dramatically narrated with light and sound effects. Great for school groups! Click here to view a video of the Diorama.
