Our small family owned winery is located seven miles west of Gettysburg in the scenic foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, specializing in artisan wines from our vineyard and local growers. Our wines are often enjoyed on a charming patio just outside of the tasting room or from our “Vineyard View” where you’ll find picnic tables alongside rows of grapes in our vineyards. Here you can unwind and enjoy the serenity of rural Adams County. Weather permitting, the “Vineyard View” area is used for special events, paint classes, yoga and small weddings.
We firmly believe that fine wines are made in the vineyard; therefore, our winemaking philosophy begins with careful attention to the grapes. To preserve the integrity of the fruit and wine, we planted our vines with minimum tillage, tend our vines in a sustainable way, hand pick ripe fruit and sort it by hand so only the best goes into the crusher. We practice minimal handling in the winery and choose not to use fining agents to speed up the winemaking process, rather we let the wine settle in its own time. We offer varietal wines and blends made from Cabernet Franc, Chambourcin, Cayuga White, Traminette, Vidal Blanc, Chardonnay, Niagara and local fruit.
