As a wholly-owned subsidiary of ACNB Corporation, an independent financial holding company headquartered in Gettysburg, PA, ACNB Insurance Services, Inc. is affiliated with ACNB Bank, the other wholly-owned subsidiary of ACNB Corporation. ACNB Bank, including its two Maryland divisions, FCB Bank and NWSB Bank, serves its marketplace with banking and wealth management services via a network of 31 community banking offices and three loan offices located in the Pennsylvania counties of Adams, Cumberland, Franklin and York and the Maryland counties of Baltimore, Carroll and Frederick.
ACNB Insurance Services, Inc. was originally founded in 1978 as Russell Insurance Group, Inc., which was then purchased by ACNB Corporation in 2005. In January 2022, the agency name was changed and rebranded as ACNB Insurance Services, Inc. to reinforce the affiliation with ACNB Corporation and ACNB Bank.
