Originally named the Varsity Diner, it quickly expanded in 1960 with two additional dining rooms. In 1969, the diner briefly became George Grawe’s Cannon Cafeteria before returning to its original name, Lincoln Diner, in 1971.

Known for its award-winning breakfast, served daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Lincoln Diner is a popular spot for locals, and tourists alike. In addition to breakfast, the diner offers daily lunch and dinner specials, making it a go-to for delicious meals and fresh bakery desserts.
