Masks are required in public (always while indoors and outdoors if you cannot remain six feet apart from those not in your household the entire time).
Indoor and outdoor dining, take-out food service and take-out alcohol sales are permitted and may continue, subject to any limitations or restrictions imposed by Pennsylvania law or any other Order issued by the Sec. of Health or by the governor.
All alcohol service must be at a table or booth; bar service is prohibited. Alcohol only can be served for on-premises consumption when in the same transaction as a meal. Take-out sales of alcohol for the purposes of off-site consumption are permitted subject to any limitations or restrictions imposed by Pennsylvania law. All alcohol sales must cease by 11pm. Non-bar seating in outdoor areas (i.e. tables or counter seats that do not line up to a bar or food service area) may be used for customer seating.

All in-person retail businesses serving the public within a building or defined area in the entertainment industry (museums, amusements, etc.) may operate at up to 50% of the maximum
capacity stated on the applicable certificate of occupancy at any given time.
Anyone who visits from another state must have a negative COVID-19 test within 72-hours before arriving in Pennsylvania. If someone cannot get a test or chooses not to, they must quarantine for 10 days after they arrive.
Telework must continue where possible.
