Gettysburg Battlefield Bus Tours (Enclosed Coach)

Travel the historic fields of Gettysburg in the comfort of an air-conditioned guided tour bus while watching history come alive through the stories of a licensed battlefield guide. This experience offers a unique perspective on the three-day Battle of Gettysburg and allows guests to explore the battlefield while learning about the events, locations, and individuals that shaped one of the most significant battles of the Civil War.

The guided battlefield bus tours provide one of the most thorough overviews of the battle available in Gettysburg. Each tour is conducted by a guide licensed by Gettysburg National Military Park. Because every guide brings their own knowledge and storytelling style, the specific route taken may vary depending on the guide assigned to the tour. Every tour includes at least one scenic stop on the battlefield as well as a restroom stop.

The air-conditioned coach bus tours last approximately two hours and depart from 778 Baltimore Street in Gettysburg, conveniently located near the Gettysburg National Cemetery. Free parking is available at the departure location.

Tours often sell out, particularly during the summer months and busy holiday weekends, so advance reservations are strongly recommended.

PLEASE NOTE the following exceptions to the schedule:

• no 2:45p enclosed coach tour on July 9, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25, & 31 (open air double decker buses run at 3pm on these dates)
• no 4:15p enclosed coach tour from July 26 – July 30
