Ghostly Images of Gettysburg presents the Late Night Jennie Wade & Orphanage Combo, a chilling after-hours tour experience rooted in the heart of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Departing from the Tour Center at 778 Baltimore Street, this adults-only event guides visitors through two of the town’s most talked-about historic locations under minimal lighting, heightening the atmosphere and sense of discovery. The evening begins inside the Jennie Wade House, where guides recount the story of the only civilian killed during the Battle of Gettysburg, before transitioning into the darker legends surrounding the Haunted Orphanage.

Guests continue with a short walk to the historic Soldier’s Orphans’ Homestead, where the tour explores original rooms and descends into the shadowy basement known as “The Pit.” Stories of the orphanage’s troubled past and reported paranormal activity shape this portion of the experience, offering a deeper look into Gettysburg’s haunted reputation.

The full tour runs approximately 90 minutes and includes stairs and light walking within historic buildings that are not handicapped accessible. Only service animals are permitted.
