Gettysburg Remembrance Day Parade

Saturday November 14, the 70th Annual Remembrance Day Parade steps off at 1pm under the sponsorship of the Sons of Veterans Reserve, the military department of the Sons of the Union Veterans of the Civil War.

Starting on Middle Street and proceeding to Baltimore Street and then to Steinwehr Ave, this annual parade honors the soldiers and civilians of the Civil War.

Remembrance Day is observed each November on the weekend closest to the anniversary of President Lincoln giving The Gettysburg Address.

National Apple Harvest Festival

Nite Fuel – Live at Adams County Winery

Adams County Winery is excited to welcome back Nite Fuel for another Live Music on the Grounds performance! They will perform at the Farm Winery from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.Adams County Winery will have its award-winning wines available, in addition to wine slushies, local craft beer, and snacks, including cheese and crackers and gourmet meat and cheese plates. Gettysburg Vintage Market

22(9) Vintage Wares and the Fashion Initiative club at Gettysburg College have partnered to present an outdoor Fall Vintage Market.30 Vendors will be selling vintage clothing, accessories, jewelry, and decor. There will be racks of curated vintage through the decades as well as sale piles and bins.This market is rain or shine.Vendors accept cash and mobile payments apps. Not all vendors accept credit cards. An ATM is located nearby.Market will be held at Stine Lake on W Lincoln Avenue – Across the street from the dining hall.    

The U.S. Army Band “Pershing’s Own” Concert
