Hauser Underground Dance Night
Hauser Hill Event Center will host Hauser Underground on April 18 in the Lower Level Ballroom and Courtyard. The event is hosted by The Fun Fun Dance Club.The evening begins with line dancing lessons from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., followed by DJ Lady Taz and open dancing from 9:00 p.m. to midnight.Admission is $10 at the door. Alcohol will not be served. Chill on the hill with morning coffee and breakfast at Hauser Hill Event Center every first Tuesday of the month. Guests can take in panoramic views of the surrounding orchards, farmland, and forests from the ridge-top property.
Menus alternate by month. Crepe dates feature made-to-order crepes by Cottage Creperie served with coffee, tea, juice, or lemonade. Wax and Wine: A Pysanky Experience
Adams County Winery and Chatty Chameleon will host Wax and Wine: A Pysanky Experience on March 28 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Adams County Winery in Orrtanna.
Participants will learn the traditional Ukrainian art of Pysanky egg decorating using wax-resist techniques. The workshop will introduce the history, symbolism, and cultural significance of the practice while guiding guests through the process of creating their own decorated egg.
During the hands-on session, participants will use a kistka stylus and beeswax, apply layered dyes, and complete a finished egg to take home.
